Membership Dues ($150). These are the annual household membership dues. The Membership year runs from September 1st through August 31st of the following year.
Range Cleanup Fee ($125). This fee is charged in addition to the Membership Dues during membership renewal to current members who DID NOT participate in at least one range cleanup during their previous membership year. To accommodate the membership renewal process, the July cleanup is the first cleanup of the membership year and the June cleanup is the final cleanup of the membership year and last time that members receive a range cleanup credit for the previous membership year.
There are THREE STEPS to NCRGC membership renewal. It is your responsibility to complete each step accurately or your NCRGC membership may not get renewed.
Your current membership number is required to complete both the Payment and the 2024/2025 Household Membership Application.
What is your membership number?
Your membership number IS the 5-digit number located on the FRONT of your current NCRGC badge starting with "18"; e.g. 18XXX.
Your membership number IS NOT the 4-digit number on the BACK of your current NCRGC badge. That number is the current gate code.
If you are completing the form for a member, you will need their membership number. If you do not know your membership number and do not have your current 2023/2024 NCRGC badge, contact membership@ncrgc.org.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Your NCRGC membership will only be renewed if the appropriate payment has been made and the Application has been accurately completed and signed.

STEP 1:
Review the following "Membership Renewal - What is My Renewal Cost?" file to identify the cost of your renewal by clicking the button.
Open the following link, find your membership number in the file (the 5-digit number from the FRONT of your current badge starting with "18"), and confirm the amount that you are required to pay to renew your NCRGC membership.
When finished, closing only the tab/file that opened will return you to this page/tab to complete Steps 2 & 3.

STEP 2:
Make your payment only after you have identified the total amount owed for your membership renewal. Complete the payment form with all requested information. (You will need your membership number and a credit card to pay for your renewal.)

STEP 3:
Complete and sign the 2024/2025 Household Membership Application. During this step, you will have the opportunity to add an Associate member and the names of any children in your household under the age of 18. If you do list an Associate member, the Associate member will receive an email that includes a link for them to complete their own waiver after the membership renewals have been completed during the month of July.
After completing the Application, you will receive a confirmation email titled: "2024 Household Membership Application (for YOUR NAME) is signed and filed!"
If the correct payment has been made, and the Application has been accurately completed and signed, you will have completed the membership renewal process!
