Archery Chair: Ryan Callies - archery@ncrgc.org
We maintain an open friendly atmosphere with distances and shots to accommodate beginners and experts!
The NCRGC has multiple ways for members and the public to enjoy the archery discipline and hone their skills. Members can utilize our outdoor range with hanging targets at 10yd interval up to 50yds along with our elk silhouette.
Keep an eye on the calendar for public open range time in early spring to help hone skills and test out the new targets for 2025.
3D Archery Events (starting back up in March 2025)
The club is excited to bring back 3D archery for both members and the public! Our 3D archery course will utilize the hillside past the lower tactical bays including a warm-up area in bay 4.
While the design will evolve our goal is to create realistic shots utilizing the natural environment in a "golf course" style. Our 2025 spring and summer events will have (up-to) 14 target stations with a variety of distances and difficulty to hone hunting skills and challenge expert shooters (50+yds, obstructed views, downhill, ect).
The club is also proud to be adding to and refreshing our targets over the winter so keep an eye on the newsletter and Facebook page to test out the new targets.
