Archery

Archery Chair: Ryan Callies - archery@ncrgc.org

We maintain an open friendly atmosphere with distances and shots to accommodate beginners and experts!

The NCRGC has multiple ways for members and the public to enjoy the archery discipline and hone their skills. Members can utilize our outdoor range with hanging targets at 10yd interval up to 50yds along with our elk silhouette. Field points only unless broadhead targets are provided or brought along!

Keep an eye on the calendar for public open range time in early spring and fall to help hone skills and provide shooters with broadhead targets.

3D Archery Events-Public Welcome

What is 3d archery

The club is excited to bring back 3D archery for both members and the public! Our 3D archery course will utilize the hillside past the lower tactical bays including a warm-up area in bay 4.

While the design will evolve our goal is to create realistic shots utilizing the natural environment in a "golf course" style. Our summer 2024 course will have (up-to) 14 target stations with a variety of distances and difficulty to hone hunting skills and challenge expert shooters (50+yds, obstructed views, downhill, ect).
