Unexpired badges are club property and MUST be returned if requested upon suspension or early termination of membership. Failure to return badge(s) upon request may result in disciplinary action that could include cost of re-badging entire membership. The Board can set additional requirements for the issuance of badges. Badges are non-transferable and must not be shared.
Members must participate in at least one range cleanup each membership year. To accommodate the membership renewal process, the July cleanup is the first cleanup of the membership year and the June cleanup is the final cleanup of the membership year and last time that members receive a range cleanup credit for the previous membership year. A range cleanup fee of $125 will be charged to Members that do not participate in a range cleanup and the fee will be charged in July along with your membership renewal. Failure to participate in a range cleanup or payment of the fee will result in membership forfeiture.
Make sure to sign in when you attend a range cleanup. If you do not sign in, there is no way to verify that you have attended the cleanup. If we cannot verify that you had attended a range cleanup, you will be charged the range cleanup fee during Membership Renewal.
Range cleanups are generally held on the first Saturday of the month from 10am - noon except for holiday weekends such as July 4th and Labor Day. In those cases, the range cleanup is moved to the second Saturday of the month. Please visit the NCRGC calendar for more information. Questions about range cleanups should be sent to rangemaster@ncrgc.org.
Members: Don't wait until Membership Renewals to confirm that you received credit for your participation in a Range Cleanup!
Public Events are exempt to the Membership Guest Policy. Guests attending public events with Members DO NOT count towards a members maximum number of guests allowed per membership year.
With the exception of public events, guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.
Guest waiver stations (kiosks) are located at the entrance to the Rifle Range and at the entrance to the lower ranges near the Archery Range. These kiosks contain blank waivers and badges, pens, mail slot for completed waivers, range safety rules and other important information. There are no electronic waivers only paper waivers located at the kiosks.
A Household Membership is authorized to bring a total of twelve guests per year with no more than two guests per visit, per badged Regular or Associate member. Regular and Associate members must accompany their guests at all times while on Club property. If only one Regular or Associate member with a badge is present, then only two guests can be brought at one time. If both the Regular and Associate members with badges are present, then up to four guests can be brought at one time.
The Regular or Associate member is responsible for ensuring that guest waivers are completed, range safety rules are followed, and guest badges are worn. Guest badges are non-transferrable and good only for one day. Subsequent visits require a new waiver and badge.
Failure to follow the guest policy constitutes a serious safety violation which may result in suspension or expulsion.

To accommodate the membership renewal process, the July cleanup is the first cleanup of the membership year and the June cleanup is the final cleanup of the membership year and last time that members receive a range cleanup credit for the previous membership year that is applied towards membership renewal.
